2. Information on Processing Activities:

Purposes of the Processing Activity:

The processing of personal data takes place for the initiation, execution and handling of contractual relationships, for the preparation of offers and invoices as well as for establishing contact and information within the scope of customer service.

 

Legal Basis of the Processing Activity:

The processing is necessary for the execution of a pre-contractual activity according to Art. 6 Para. b DSGVO or for the protection of our legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Para. 1f DSGVO and no interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned prevail.

 

Categories of Recipients:

Internal recipients are project management, contract management, management and accounting. Furthermore, we use service providers to perform our tasks and transmit data to authorities or courts within the scope of legal obligations.

 

Data Transfer to a Third Country:

There is no planned transfer to third countries.  

 

3. Additional Information Obligations:

Storage Period of Personal Data:

The storage is based on the legal requirements, in particular § 147 AO (10 years) and § 257 HGB (6 years). Personal data are deleted as soon as their purpose has ceased to apply and there is no obligation to retain them.

  

The Rights of the Person concerned:

You have the right to be informed ( in accordance with art. 15 DSGVO) by the person responsible about the personal data concerning you, as well as the right to correction (art. 16 DSGVO), cancellation (art. 17 DSGVO) and limitation of processing (art. 17 para. 1 DSGVO). In addition, you may object to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO and the right to data transfer (Art. 20 DSGVO). You also have the right to make a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.

Obligation to Provide Personal Data:

The provision of personal data is either required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of a contract or for customer service and communication. The person concerned is then obliged to provide the personal data. Non-provision would have the consequence that no contractual relationship can be established or communication is not possible.
